Hi there

I have belonged to LF since September 2009. My subscription ran out in September and I have only just renewed today. I have just posted something and my photos have completely disappeared - I used to have an avatar photo and a signature photo.

Is there any way that I can retrieve these - did I lose them because I didn't renew straight away? It took me so long to understand how to get the photos up I shall cry if I have to do it again!!!!!!

I think several people have had the same problem after letting their subscription run out before renewing (there was a problem a while back when subscriptions ddin't activate straight away).
I will put a message in the staff room for photo admin to see if they can help x

Not sure if I should do my own post, so if I get no respomse will ask my question correctly, which is I have had my renewal reminder and it does say if I used pay pal initially it will automatically resubscribe me this year, can anyone confirm if this does happen.

I`m not sure if it actually does do it June, I believe it does but please don`t quote me or shout for my head if it doesn`t work Laughing

I know there was a post a while back where people were asking if they could stop auto payments and were told how to do it so, I assume it will work if left Smile
