Well, after much (maybe too much?!) deliberation, Stella came home yesterday afternoon. She is getting her confidence and finding her way round (avoiding the grumbly Eddie ). She's eating and drinking well, 2 poohs outside , wees outside (and some in ) - and screeches like a banshee in her crate
Eddie never cried in his crate, and so I guess we were hoping for the same. Big Fat NO!! Although, in fairness, she screeched (and I mean screeched) for only 20 minutes last night, then not another peep until 6.45 this AM We left her in her crate whilst we popped out for an hour - we heard her screeching as we went, but she was on her cushion, settled when we returned and looked through the window after an hour
Eddie is 'tolerating' her but still won't engage or have her too close to him - we know to expect this because of all of you fab folk telling me so!! Thank you so much for the advice and reassurance xx
Stella started a puppy class this AM - she was fab!!! Starting slowly with getting her used to her name and focusing on us, but I think she's got brains, this one

We are doing clicker training for the first time - and damn, she's good!!! Was trying it with Eddie, turned round, and Stella was sat in a 'meerkat' pose, eagerly waiting for her click and treat!!!!!
