Merlin's Magicians are having fun day at Beulah, Ceredigion on Saturday 24th from 2pm. People from our other group are coming up to have a bit of a practise with us and we are also postering the area in the hope of getting some new dogs coming to join in. Everyone welcome - but if your dog likes to play with a ball even better!!!!
There will be a barbeque (not sure how much!) - if you want to join in that please let me know so I can warn Andrew how much food to get in.
The postcode is SA38 9QP. When you get to Beulah (Ceredigion, not the other one!) if you get lost turn by Post Office and just look for the school which is just down from the main road. Go past the school (on your right), past the big newish houses (on your right) and take the first lane on the left (telegraph pole on the corner). Brenda’s is the first house on the right, flyball etc will be set up in the fields opposite the house or at the back of the house.

Groo, I would have loved to come, I didn't realise you were so close! We're at Pencader, but sadly on Saturday I'll be collecting for Many Tears in Carmarthen.
Maybe we can have a middle-of-nowhere GT at some point!

well - the word "wet" comes to mind! Some of the time it was dry but cloudy (luckily mainly while we were eating!), mostly it was rain or drizzle. All had a great time, though Bo is currently feeling rather sick after breaking through the dog guard from the boot of the car to get to the passenger seat where appx 1.5 lbs of fudge was then consumed! Luckily the humans had all had a piece before I put it there for safekeeping!

Bo - can do flyball when he concentrates but today was a pest, staffie x

Reggie - non flyball (but can go over a jump to fetch a ball if not too many people around) JR x Chi

Freddie - flyball, dark x breed
Billie - flyball, white x breed
Alfie - flyball, lab x collie
Diesel - non flyball, lab x collie
Sadie - flyball, collie
Ziggy - non flyball, collie
Thistle - flyball (if her braincell is working), English Bull Terrier
Alex - just starting flyball, Standard Poodle
Pebbles - just starting flyball, Standard Poodle,
Roxy - flyball, lab x collie
Cannot see them on there so must have wandered indoors
Ishka - flyball when she feels like it, Great Dane
Pod - non flyball, brain damaged Mastiff
