Well done, that course was really difficult, particularly going from jump 13 to tunnel 14, it would have been so easy to carry on around the corner and do the other jump. I presume you thought you'd got the 5R at jump 7 where she ran on and you had to turn her back. Nice judge!

Congratulations on your promotion, how long until grade 6?

Lovely run, well done Very Happy

Please could you ask Bella to have a quiet word with Obi about those darned contacts-he does a lovely 2o2o stop every time in training but leaps joyously from halfway up in comps Exclamation lol!

Yes that where I thought we'd have got a refusal some judges don't mark if you haven't past the line of the jump we where very lucky. There where no other clears in the class most where faulted at the weaves as the entry angle was difficult and most where taking the line of jumps into the weaves on the other side and having difficulty shaping them in. I knew I couldn't do that for Bella so ran as fast as i could to get the front cross in after the tunnel Laughing The good thing tho is I know its not a fluke she just loves the working courses the harder the better it really switches her on she just needs a handler who switches on at the same time Laughing She got faults in her other runs because I turn a fraction too early and pull her off a jump this was a 3-5 jumping and was so pleased with how she worked Very Happy

Lol yes Bella can be a little monkey for this too we have a fab 2o2o at training but she's so excited in a show it just vanishes lol I now try and get to the end as fast as I can which seems to help. We also have a norty creep on the start line as Ive only recently put it back in when we started last year any form of wait would result in her knocking all the poles down on the way to me Laughing They all have these things to test us Rolling Eyes

Your crossovers and arm directions are so graceful and flowing - almost like you are dancing. I'm so clumsy that Coco just doesn't stand a chance Rolling Eyes

Don't be too hard on yourself. I thought your handling was really good - really clear and consistent signals. And Bella can't do it without you (unless she is a miracle dog and has learnt to read the numbers!) so you must be doing something right!

Embarassed Thank you Very Happy I just find it frustrating that a tiny move I make pulls her off, I know I still rush at times to get to the next obsticle and theres plenty of time, even if she knocks a pole its usually because Ive turned or shes seen me in her eye line. Ive definatly got loads better I can run her almost silently on some runs which helps me focus on body position instead of naggin her to death Laughing It is so true that it takes the handler much much longer than the dog to learn agility Laughing
