Mo, I thought having cats would've hardened your stomach to the whiff of tripe Razz - personally I find cheapo tinned cat food MUCH more pongy!!

I leave frozen tripe blocks to defrost in the garage sink, but it does make for slightly sloppier poos...and Delphi gets even fartier than normal!

Like Jules the smell doesn't bother me, I got used to it Laughing

I just used to leave my blocks to defrost in their wrapper, and only opened it when ready to serve. admittiedly i did have it defrost in the garage though, not the house Smile

I defrost the frozen blocks in airtight container then dont breath while i quickly chop it up and feed him outside he loves it but only has it occasionally. The butcher in our market sells white tripe and "Hodge" couldn t buy it myself but people queue for it!!!!!
