Georgina that list is amazing 
I usually soak some of Luna's kibble in hot water or stock then add in any of...mashed banana,grated apple or pear,strawbs or rasps,grated cheese,leftover scraps of meat(the fish was too smelly),peanut butter and yoghurt.
Stuff said Kong with mushy mix and Freeze. Luna loves her Kong. She gets hers in the evening when I am looking for peace to enjoy my treat...usually chocolate or a nice glass of wine(although that is meant to be reserved for weekends
