Poor little boys.What awful news.Jess has never come across livestock and when she does she will be on her lead.I could really not trust what she would do to the animals.

The thought of this happeneing to Doobs scares the s*** out of me to be honest. We live in an area which is covered by lots of fields. But I never know which are farm land and which is not. Does anyone know how you can tell - apart from the obvious that there are cows in it! lol I ask as there is a beautiful river we take Doobs too. The other day when we went I noticed fresh cow droppings so obviously cows go there. I didn't even realise cows grazed there before. So how do I know what is a public walkway or what is private property? I did check for signs but there were none at all. I just assume (don't know if I am right) that if there is a stye to go over, it must be a public right of way.

Can anyone tell me? I NEED to know!!!!!

Living somewhere where there are sheep within throwing distance, we always have Corbie on his lead whenever walking near them, especially now with all the lambs running about, I don't want to risk anything. There have been a couple of occasions when there have been sheep on our walks where they shouldn't be (ie. they have got out of the field, or someone has left the gate open and they're in the woods) and Corbie has chased them before we could even see they were there.
