Poppy who is 6 has been getting stiff and a bit "clicky" for the first time this winter, especially when getting up after a sleep. Also some erratic and shortlived limping which then irons out with some stretching. All a bit worrying, though.
The vet couldn't point to anything (but tried to administer the usual pricey anti inflamatories) so, following advice here, I've just started trying her on Yumove (which contains lots of green lipped mussel). A week in, and she really does seem a LOT better: hooray!
So, thanks all for your help and advice!
