Introducing Hogan
Ettinsmoor Firelight.
We finally picked him up last week and he's just gorgeous. He is an absolute bundle of joy and loves all the visitors and puppy cuddles he is getting.
This is our first dog and I feel like we've been waiting forever until it was the right time.
I've been a member of the forum for quite a few months now in preparation. Reading all the posts and advice given by others has been really helpful.
We are now starting to get him used to being on his own for a short time and the whining is definitely pulling at my heartstrings. I keep chanting '' it will get better, he will get used to it, you're not being mean '' The neighbours have been warned and Hogan has given them a box of roses to apologise for any noise in the coming weeks. LOL. Fingers crossed he will soon realise I'm not abandoning him.
Vets this afternoon for his first visit and vaccinations!

Ah one of the cute Spice pupsters ... you are a handsome boy Hogan.
Ellie dog - says its ok to be on your own sometimes especially if mummy leaves you yummy treats and cuddly friend for you to sleep with.
Welcome to the forum - you will have access to lots of hints and tips - most of us have had the puppy years and can offer support when needed.
