hello every one
I need help ,
My dog eric was due to go to my mothers next week for 8 days while I go on holiday with my son.
He usually stays with her when im away but she is having her house modernised and is staying with friends so she cant have him. The work was due to be complete when we booked but there has been a delay and she cant move back in yet.
We are away from saturday 6th to the following sunday. I dont like to put him in kennels and at this late stage i wouldnt have much of a choice I dont think.
If anyone can help Im quite happy to return the favour,or of course pay for your trouble . I already look after a couple of other dogs while owners go away, but unfortunately they cant have eric .
Eric is a yellow lab. 5 years old, hes very good with other pets and children, and stays on his own all day in the garden while im at work. so no problem with that if you work if you have a secure garden .
Hes very clean both in the garden and house , hes very layed back and easy going and a pleasure to have around.
I know its short notice but thought i would try here before trying to find a kennel.
He does need walking so if you have a dog already he would fit in fine.
Hope someone can help

I have a friend in Armthorpe who used to "foster" my labs whenever we went away. I haven't used her recently, as I currently have 4 here, and I feel it would be a bit too much for her. I am still in touch with her though, and know she does still do short stay fostering.
I don't know if she's got anyne staying the week from the 6th. but can ask her if you like.

I would have him for you as long as hes ok with kids. BUT im in Cheshire, i know its well out of your way but the offer is there, i dont drive so cant pick him up. We have a big park that we go to every day with the kids so he would be well walked.

Anyway the offer is there just let me know.
