Green tripe is what you need for dogs.
I suspect if Morrisons sell it is for humans and in which case it is white tripe which has no nutritional value for dogs.
You can buy it in frozen blocks from a good pet shop.
It is a bit smelly but I've got used to it. Clearly my sense of smell has been numbed.

I forgot Pets at Home have it too, with a range of other doggy frozen foods.
I didn't realise there was a difference in NV in the Morrisons human tripe to dog tripe- Not that you'd ever get me eating tripe
