I know I do not post very often on the site now & most people that have met me probably consider me antisocial but I would just like to thank everyone for a lovely weekend spent at Rendlesham. It poured with rain Saturday but cleared up for the evening barbecue - Thanks to the ones who cooked & organised & to Sherry for the "cardiac arrest" chocolate cheese cake ( so good I could have eaten loads more) & the other excellent deserts. Thank you all for your great company - I'm now back home in the hills & its pouring down - I've enjoyed myself & had a good rest - Well worth the 8hr round trip.
I'm also home from Rendlesham and I had a great time despite the best efforts of the British summer weather.
I would like to post a HUGE thank you to my hero of the weekend.
Gary I love you! (It's OK Nat knows!)
I was in absolute panic this morning when I couldn't find my caravan keys to take the locks off so I could go home. Gary was cool, calm and collected and helped me search for them. I thought I had looked but obviously not as he found them for me then Nat made me a cuppa to calm me down before the long drive home.
Rendlesham wouldn't happen without Nat and Gary, you are both wonderful people xXx
I love Gary too!!! Packing a tent up in windy weather single handed isn't a fun thing to do, but after a good old roll around the ground with Gary it was in the bag
I had a brilliant weekend and would like to thank everyone involved in the whole weekend and ensuring the smooth running of things. Can't wait until next year
Oh, and Fee, I have been looking on ebay/amazon for Bop It, I am now addicted!!!!
Bob and i would like to say thankyou to everyone involved in the weekend at Rendlesham. The weather wasn't as good as it could have been, but we thoroughly enjoyed it.There will be some pictures of the barbecue, when we have time.
Huge thanks to everyone involved in organising this event, including the bar b q and to Sherry for the puddings, especially the pavlova's - the weather didn't dampen our spirits in the slightest
