Forgot to say listen out for announcements that tell you when to walk the course - usually 10/15mins is given before the dogs start running. Sometimes some of the classes have the same course set eg Intro and Veteran so you might get to walk the Intro course before the Vets run it. Judges usually give a quick 5mins after the Vets have run for any Intro handlers that missed walking it to walk it again.

I love walking courses - you bump into people, see people giving commands to invisible dogs, have people laughing because they know their dog will run onto that aframe or lunge in the tunnel instead of turning to do the other jump. I have made so many friends through walking courses, talking aloud, comparing different methods of approaching the course etc. My Dad says he keeps meaning to video the 'course walking' as it is sooo funny to see so many people moving their arms around and giving commands to invisible dogs!

Love it! Have grown up competing horses so that bit will be familiar at least!
