Gypsy isn't a lab, shes my mums 17 year old JRT, shes been part of our lives for so long. Over the last year her health and quality of life has deteriorated and its now time for her to make her final journey to the Bridge. At 2.10pm we will be at the vets, this is so hard for my mum, Gyp was really my dads dog, he died 9 years ago so this little dog has always given her a connection to my dad

Gyp was the most fiesty little monster you can imagine, at some point in time she has nipped all of us, she tormented Bess beyond belief, but she was also the most loyal loving little dog in the world and we will miss her more than words can say.

Over the last year she has gone deaf, lost most of her sight and has arthritis so it is time, she has little quality of life but this has still be hardest and most heartbreaking decision. Thankfully i know you will all understand this and if you have any to spare please can you send some 'easy and peaceful journey to the bridge vibes' to help Gyp on her final journey.

I`m so sorry to hear about Gyp Tracey, its never easy when you have to make that final decision for a much loved pet but as you and your Mum know its the right one for Gyp.

Will be thinking of you today... I know the feeling, having made the decision and then waiting for that appointment. It will be a very sad day for your Mum; but Gyp has had a long and happy life and so much love; and hopefully it will give her some comfort that he's now at peace... and with your Dad again.
