TBH, I think it varies from dog to dog, mine did absolutely awful on Skinners, they looked great on JWB but their poos were often sloppy, we finally discovered Simpsons sensitive Salmon and potato and have never looked back, they look amazing, their poos are always firm and very little of it Very Happy

It does vary from dog to dog definitely. Lottie was very poorly after a few days on Skinners (duck and rice) so we switched to Arden Grange (chicken) and it's fab. I pay about £35 for a 15kg bag but she only has about 250g a day so not too expensive. They are great at sending samples. Lamb is always cheaper but she's never tried that!

I use Orijen with Yogi. She seems in the best shape on this food and we've tried Skinners, Barking Heads, Pets at Home, JWB, Chappie, Fishmongers and nature diet and natures menu wet foods. It is seemingly very expensive at £55 a bag (13.5kg) but it last her about 5 weeks and she's not a small lab either, about 70lbs
