I had to laugh the other day when a man asked if Merlin was tri-colour x blue merle! Erm, well yes because you MUST never mate two merles as it throws up horrendous gene combinations that result in blindness and deafness. Because he has perfect tan markings people can't believe he is a blue merle, despite the fact in a show ring he would be an 'ideal' face Rolling Eyes

Oh and since I told my dad and brother that people get cross when you call a yellow lab golden they insist on doing it all the time Rolling Eyes

Trace I saw a thread last week, about a Silver Factored Chocolate Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes

So i googled it to be nosey!!!!! then came the shock there's 3 colours of Choccie, Silver, Charcoal and Choccie, then saw x2 SFC produced a Brindle.....GOD WHATEVER NEXT Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes
