Sorry to hear you are unhappy with admin. when your enquiry came in via the help desk you were advised on that day that the query was being looked into - it wasnt something we could answer staightaway. I discussed the issue in hand with my husband and emailed you last night, i think two days after your original ticket at the helpdesk. The mods are always very helpful, and if they say they are going to do something they always do, and the message always gets posted in our staff rooms, or comes directly to me. I can assure you that no one is ignored, we wouldn't run LF if we wanted to ignore you. 
I'm a busy mum running around after two lively girls most of the day, and do jump on LF most evenings, but i do believe your Q was dealt with quite quickly. Once again though, sorry if you feel this was not the case.

Sorry to trouble you but wondered is someone would be kind enough to transfer my photo album over to me so I can add photos and sort out my sig pic and avatar.
My album is in the black labrador album on page 2 and is entitled Winston and friends.

Thanks for replying Laura, I am sure she will be able to sort it, I really miss not having a sig pic or avatar.
Tried to put up a sig pic from FB or my pictures but they were all too big, need the album on here so I can adjust the size.
