Above 'Blue' - June's Lab of the month
We would like to announce that Blue is this months 'Lab Of The Month' winner 
Well done Blue!! Congratulations.
Here, Blue's owner Mandy tells us why Blue is so special.
Many writes:
"I’m going to enter my Blue into this one. He’s done nothing special, nothing out of the ordinary, nothing whatsoever that could make him a superstar. But he is sooooo special to me.
He’s 7.5 months old: an absolute sponge as far as learning goes, the love he displays is amazing – from first thing in the morning, to last thing at night. I wake up in the morning, my God you don’t want to know the positions I’ve found myself in since he’s been sleeping in the bed with me - only this morning I woke up lying parallel to the pillows with my bare bum on display and my feet dangling over the edge - while he was sprawled diagonally on his back But those morning hugs and snoggles, oh they make it all so worthwhile
I think I love my puppy more than anything ever in the whole wide world. I ask for a kiss and it’s gentle and loving, I hold him and he holds me back I hold him soooo tight for a cuddle sometimes, and he loves it. Right now he’s lying next to me on the sofa with the three cats – him protecting me, me protecting him.
He’s gorgeous, gentle, loving and I love him so much. My heart bursts with pride when he goes and fetches the stick/ball that one of the other dogs leaves behind on the morning walk. Even when it’s in the brook – off he goes and gets it while the others look on with their absolutely clueless faces. He’s soooo damn clever.
So, he may not have done anything in particular, but please let him be an entry. I read the forum every day and see the problems people have with their pups – yetr my boy has been a dream in comparison.
He is my superstar

"I recently fell head over heels in love with an 8yr old Oldies Club Springer Spaniel called Thomas, and despite my head telling me no my heart was having none of it so I enquired after him and subsequently adopted him. Even though Blue is so young he has been fantastic with him and it’s almost as though he’s the older and wiser of the two and has really encouraged Tom to come out of his shell teaching him how to play for the first time ever and generally helping poor Tom to chill out. It’s been rather endearing to watch."

What a wonderful story, i am so pleased to hear Thomas has found a wonderful home and has settled in so well with Blue.
