OK, next thick question... Is this mousse meant to be an additional treat or is it to be given as a meal?

I've never given this to mine, but it's such a good deal I've just ordered some for their kongs and maybe instead of sardines to add to their dinner.

Thanks Smile

I think it could be a meal for an ickle, ickle dog, but I don't think you could feed it on its own, long term, and I'm also not sure that one sachet would satisfy a Lab for a whole meal (not mine anyway)l!! I've given it to mine on top of their normal food before or as a special treat, and I'm hoping it will work well in kongs Very Happy

Bailey loves this.... I always have it in and it lasts a little longer than use by date, but it is easily frozen if you're concerned, great for kongs, I mix it with some kibble or biscuits, Bailey gets a sachet every day, he luuurves it. And.... a bargain. Very Happy

Edited to add..... It's not meant as a meal just a supplement. They are just small sachets, way too small to feed a lab. Laughing

Its meant to be given as an occasional treat, if anyone has a dog with a sensitive tummy then don't give too often as its quite rich and can upset. Murphy can only have one a week or we get diarrhoea, he can't have sardines either as the diarrhoea he gets is awful...

Got a box of it last year at one of the champ shows. My dogs love it as a topping to their food and it works great in Kongs. Off to order some more.
