I'm so sorry, I've only just seen your message asking for an update
Bonnie still continues to settle in well, thank you. We've had a bit of a halt in socialisation and training outside the home/garden as she came in to season at the end of Aug (early poor girl ) She's now booked in for her spay in December so she won't have to be the stay at home girl due to seasons anymore
Well, what can I say about her She really is a delight to have around. Her foster Mum told us that in all the time she'd had her (May-Aug) she didn't bark. I'm pleased to say, she has now found her voice. I think the fact that PP likes a playful bark has helped
She's gaining more confidence every single day. PP is a pushy little madam and now Bonnie is finding her feet, she doesn't let PP get away with pushing her out of the group hugs, the play tugs and the general sillyness that occurs in our house
They both sleep together in an XL zippy bed in the corner of our bedroom and I can honestly say, it's the nicest thing in the world to hear them snoring away, snuggling down with each other and they've even started washing each other.
Once Bonnie is over her season, she'll go back to training class (which we started before her season) and back to swimming whilst PP does agility. I think we can safely say that Bonnie is loving her new life, she's looking fab and now has a silky, smooth, shiney chocolate coat. Her boobies are going down and she's losing the flabby belly too. We love her so so much and so does PP
I will post some more pics once she's back out in the real world, when her season is over and done with. You'll notice a difference in her, for sure.
Has Bonnie got the wiggle down her back too? HOW are you telling them apart now??
More photos will be more than welcome of Bonnie indoors whilst we're waiting for her being able to venture out again
She has got a bit of a wiggle going on now, Sarah - very cute As for how we're telling them apart, well....different collars oh and the fact that PP has a much bigger head, is slightly taller and has a longer and wider tongue
I will post some more pics of the poor girl housebound/gardenbound - bless her! x
