EEEEEEEEEEEEKK!! Shocked Laughing Laughing

Its not til 7th May so a few weeks to go but I am quite excited AND hugely nervous!! Hammy has never done agility out on grass before only where we train in a sand indoor horse arena so it will be entertaining to say the least...! Will keep you posted! Wink

Waa hay!!

Have great fun and make sure you fill us in on how you get on!!

We were the other way around with Luna always training and competing on grass. Last October at out first indoor I had no idea what to expect of Luna - she was fine! Searched for yukky stuff whilst hanging around if not kept distracted but ran as well as usual!

Go, go, go!!!

Agility should come with a health warning - highly addictive!!

Good luck on 7 May - where is it? We're doing one that weekend in Cambridgeshire but it's probably not the same one, as that's quite a way from you.

Just remember to breathe - 30ish seconds is a long time to hold your breath, especially when running!!

Good luck! We did our first one last month and really enjoyed it. We were eliminated from both the jumping and agility but did much better in the two fun classes.

Don't take it too seriously and just enjoy it. There will be a lot going on so the dogs are really easily distracted. Coco broke her stay on the first course ran around the first jump and back jumped it so we were eliminated before we even started Embarassed I didn't let go of her until I was ready to set off after that!

Ooooo lots of luck to you both. Very Happy

I'm so jealous, after dipping our toes last year and our trainer for various reasons stopping, we are really struggling to find somewhere else to go locally and I'm really missing it Confused Rolling Eyes

Thanks all!!

I have no expections, except for just enjoying it!! We've been doing weekly classes now for about 14 mths so figured it was about time we dipped our toes in the water!

Its a BAA show at Redhill, Surrey... there's another one in June so will prob enter that one too... Happy loves her agility and its great to see her get so waggy as she's usually such a sloth!!! Wink
