She is such a cutie, I really hope she finds her perfect home. Oldies are fabulous dogs, so loyal even to a brand new owner. I'm afraid she looks like she may have been subjected to a tartan raincoat during her life 
I was always dead against having an older dog because I was worried about vet bills, and the upset of the "inevitable" but, what do they say? You can't help who you fall in love with! And the younger dog has cost me more at the vets this year than my little old "grandma" dog.
