Still want to know how to re-order them in the actual album, I mean if you open Megan's album the first three photos are from 2006, 2011 and then 2009. All my Guide Dog pups' photos are mixed up and since we had three black pups on the trot, 2 boys and a girl it's easy to confuse who's who apart from the date! Would it be better to start again do you think?

I did just that dotandmegan, started a new album for myself as I have only just joined Lab Forums and didn't have many photos to lose.

But OTH had a good deal more photos and wanted to keep them, so my post was put to help others in the same situation.

Since doing this, it has helped that the albums are in alphabetical order now.
Perhaps in time a way will be found for the photos to be put in date order.

Right ok as a returning member.....I've been searching thru and my album is nowhere to be seen or found, I have got hundreds in there....am I too late to retrieve them now, as the new albums are soooooo complicated!!!!!!!!!!!!

Any help would be great, but to be honest its not looking good at all Sad Sad Sad

Jackie, I'm afraid all the old albums have gone. We lost the lot when there was a big glitch and they hadn't been backed up.

I find the new albums too much of a hassle too, so instead I used Photobucket. Much simpler. Wink

Oh bloody hell Jules thats awful, we all had hundreds on there Sad Sad

Will have to scroll thru my old chips to see if they are there, they were on my old laptop but that crashed last year so couldn't get them off their either, all those precious photo's of our babies from being lickle to big, OMG ((((hugs to everyone)))) xxxx

I know Jac. There were many of us who had photos on there, which weren't anywhere else and we lost them all in the drop of a hat. Sad

That'll teach us, I suppose, to not trust online albums and to make our own back up copies onto discs/etc.
