The only flexi leads i can find are red black or blue. If i had a smaller dog there are lots of pretty ones out there. Just having a sulk really lol

i`ve got a lovely pink one for jake (shhhhhh don`t tell him) and i`ve got a sky blue one with white spots and blue gems stuck on. they do make nice ones it`s just harder to find them, i think they assume bigger dog means too manly for pretty things? i dunno lol i prefer normal leads anyway as the flexi`s drive me insane when other people have their dogs run up and get tangled round me etc and i found i was keeping jake on the same length all the time anyway

PAH did have some fancy ones (suitable for any size of dog Wink ) but they were horrendously expensive!

oh if it`s for recall then why not use the long lines? they`re nothing fancy but they`re much better than flexi leads and they also go further which gives you more room to practice (i don`t really think flexi extends far enough for recall)

forgot to say - my oh bought me that lead from p@h that says one of us is a bitch to use walking jake Rolling Eyes he thought he was so funny lol

Not sure how heavy your dog is so might not be suitable but I did see these ones on Ebay - a few different designs http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/FLEXI-FASHION-LADIES-EXTENDABLE-DOG-LEAD-MEDIUM- STRIPES_W0QQitemZ180630897122QQcmdZViewItem?rvr_id=219907912108&rvr_id =219907912108&cguid=634c40c112e0a47a43b599c5fe2e6bbf haven't tried them myself though we use a 15m long line but admittedly it does get very dirty and wet! The best way to teach her recall is to let her off the lead altogether

But thats scary lol. Would be just my luck she would do a runner. Maybe when we move it will be easier as we will be on the beach but where we are the park that id let her off is surounded by a road so not safe. Will keep practicing in the house and garden for now

This is the time when she will stick by your side and not run off, its the ideal age to teach a good recall (but not if its next to a road)
