Hi all, my friend has had his two labs stolen from his kennel in newcastle on monday, he is devastated. Older lab is 5yrs, called millie, pup is 10month called jill. Both dogs are black and the pup has a broken coat on her back. Dogs are mother and daughter. I know this is a long shot but if anyone has any information with regards to this theft, both my friend and i would be grateful of any leads at all. All owners need to be fully aware of this, as the job was certainly professional as several security precautions were overcome including the removal of heavy duty locks, fences and the dismantling of the kennel front itself, with the minimal of damage and disruption to obtain the dogs.
Thanks for any help you may have with regards to this.

I've asked the OP for any more information he may have like if the dogs are chipped and will update if I get more.

Don't know but I've already given them the link to doglost so hopefully they'll do this if they haven't already done so. Just a dreadful story and it makes you think if these two dogs were targeted because they were bitches and could be used as 'puppy farm machines' Evil or Very Mad

Sad saw this on dogs lost just now but they are waiting for a photo.
There has been a few stolen dogs returned on dogs lost recently ...the latest only today. I really hope they get loads of publicity so these girls are found and returned home safely very soon x
