If anyone lives in the Bridgenorth area please keep a look out for Soot who was stolen while her onwer went to pay for his diesel. Unfortunately he left the keys in his cars while he went to pay for his fuel, and the cars was taken with Soot in the back.

Bump for this. So sad Sad Saw the owner on the news and he's very upset and desperate to get his girl back. Please share the link on facebook. They're circulating some very clear photos. Really hope someone will find her safely or the thieves will do the right thing and leave her somewhere safe.

Here are some photos of her from her DogLost page:

Her DogLost poster:
http://www.doglost.co.uk/poster.php?dogId=28230

and main page:
http://www.doglost.co.uk/dog_blog.php?dogId=28230

"Soot was stolen on 22 February 2011 in a dark grey Landrover Discovery tdv6 XS, reg DN08JXJ.

She was stolen from the forecourt of Tescos garage on Kidderminster Road, Bridgnorth, Shropshire - headed in direction of Kidderminster - 7.30pm"

So hope you are found safely very soon Soot.

Bl**dy Bast**ds! If my car was stolen with my dog inside, I would be more concerned about loosing my precious pooch.

I hope they get the karma that's coming to them Evil or Very Mad

*Edit: this sighting has turned out NOT to be Soot*

Was about to post about the sighting too.

"Update 27.02.11 19.54 - Earlier today a lady approached the K9 stall at Shipley to say at approximately 12 noon she sighted a border collie running scared along the Kidderminster/Stourbridge Rd DY7, the one thing she noted was this dog didnt have typical collie markings an almost complete white face. We alerted the owner of Soot and they immediately went to the area. Within minutes of arriving they received a sighting from the near by tea rooms and after seeing a photo, they confirmed it was Soot.

We have had people out in the area distributing posters and assisting owner with the search. Unfortunately there was no sign of Soot and search today has been called off but it will resume at first light tomorrow.

Local media have been notified.

If you are in the DY7 area and can assist with postering or searching please contact admin@k9searchuk.com"

If you can help with postering or searching for this girl, please, please get in touch with the above.

From the owner's interview I saw on the news, they are clearly devoted to each other and he is desperate to get his girl back.

I hope with my entire heart that he gets his girl back, and I hope she's safe wherever she may currently be.

Bump for Soot as the sighting is now understood to be another dog.

Please keep sharing the link, the more people who know about her, the better.
