Jai is not a Lab, but he's a puppy recently adopted from Greyhound Gap rescue. He was out with his owners when some drunks frightened him and he managed to get away from his owner and run off Sad



Jai is a male lurcher puppy, white and dark brindle, microchipped and missing from the Stafford ST17 area since Sunday, 30th January 2011 (the early hours of this morning I believe as I read about him before I went to bed). He was wearing a collar and still had his lead attached when he ran off.

Please contact: 07917 422 489 or 07901 937 799 with any info, or if you can help with searching for him and/or putting up posters.

The rescue says:

"Jai is a Greyhound Gap rehomed puppy! He has only been in his home a few days. On the way back from the walk tonight a group of drunken rowdy teenagers appeared and started to bang bin lids then throw them onto the floor startling him! His owner tried to scoop him up in her arms as he was so terrified and going mad but he squirmed his way free and ran off!"

Greyhound Gap has updated on DogLost to say that Jai was wearing a brown leather collar, a blue coat, black harness and red lead when he went missing.

People have been searching all day and putting up posters, but no news Sad

Really hoping that someone has taken him in over the weekend and will contact the dog warden in the morning.
