Zack likes his big soft toys etc... but most last about 2 weeks before he's ripped them up!

Can anyone recommend one that's really strong and will last more than 2 weeks with him!?

Thanks

I think you may be looking for something that doesn't exist Laughing

I have recently been going to the charity shops and paying between £1 and £2 for stuffed toys. At that price I don't care that they are destuffed within the hour Rolling Eyes Once that's happened though mine love to carry the "empty" teddies round the house with them.

For Christmas they have both got a teddy bear from Asda. It is about 18 inches high, no eyes or nose that can be pulled out and they were £4 each. I have had to leave them in the boot of my car or I know I will just give them to them. I can't wait to see them carrying them around on Christmas Day.

You can get the Tuffies soft dog toys on Ebay, I know they are supposed to be tough and you pay a high price for them (around £20) they were originally from America. At that price though I think I'd cry if they got ripped apart!!! Laughing

Skinneez are another cheaper alternative, they are stuffingless and again originated in America. I've got one for my two for Christmas, I'll be interested to see how they fare (or come apart!!!)

Fat cat dog toys are another to look at.

However with a Lab its never going to be easy!!!

I also heard of Skinneez and am very keen to get one for Cocoa. Supposedly, they are very durable. Are they available in the uk already??

Edited to say that after a quick google search discovered that actually they are called Skinneeez Rolling Eyes and they are available in the uk.

Milo has a soft toy football from Ikea. (Found in the toy department)It cost about £3 and he's had it for months! He likes to play tug with it and it's withstood all that! I've just washed it again and have noticed a couple of tiny holes in it but not through to the stuffing so I don't think it will be long before I replace it! Rolling Eyes
It's lasted a lot longer than pet toys!
