Hi all,
Okay, I make absolutely no promises whatsoever, please let me make that clear. I cannot guarantee the calendars will have been delivered to me from the supplier by this weekend. However, all things being equal, I hope they will be with me by then, and I am Ooooop Norf again at the end of Nov and as I haven't seen most of you in a few months I thought I would arrange a GT and see if any of you want to collect your calendars from me that weekend. It would save on postage costs (meaning an extra £1.20 or so per calendar to go to charity) and would give you all a chance to pick yours up and be the first to get them!
I have to drive back Down South on Sunday, so would like to try and tucker the boys out before the drive home. Can anyone make this date? Time to be decided depending on everyone else's availability, but can I just say I will have had a late night the night before, so the later the better - maybe lunchtime?
How does Tatton Park or something sound? Someplace close to the M6 is essential, for my drive home. Can anyone make it?
If not, no biggie, I just thought I'd offer, since I'll be up anyway, to distribute some calendars while I'm there.
Cheers,
Ness
Ooops - sorry - I just realised I should make it clear - I'd love a GT no matter what, so don't think I am only asking people who have ordered a calendar to come - feel free to come if you haven't got a calendar as well! LOL

Sadly, I don't know if I can make one down south before Xmas, so I'm going to "check the diary" and once I know if I can make one I'll do a post for it. I think we're away that weekend So if that is the case, it will be faster for you all if I post them.
Ness that would have been great but can't make that weekend I'm afraid.
I would be very happy to pay for postage so that the charity gets more. I bet everyone will say that too! I could buy the stamps and post them to you if you like?
Oh Barbara, please don't misunderstand me, everyone who has ordered a calendar has already paid the postage and packaging (a hard-backed envelope) for their calendar to get to them.
It's just that last year I had a couple of GTs where I met up with large groups of people who had bought calendars, and I handed theirs out instead of posting them, and it meant that instead of paying the postage cost I got to give an extra donation to charity (an extra donation of around £1.20 per calendar).
So you definitely don't need to send me stamps or anything like that, your calendar cost includes all that, this is just a chance for me to hand you yours, instead of posting it, that's all
I'm sorry you can't make that date, no problems whatsoever, I'll post you yours as soon as they come in.
