Hi all,
Okay, I make absolutely no promises whatsoever, please let me make that clear. I cannot guarantee the calendars will have been delivered to me from the supplier by this weekend. However, all things being equal, I hope they will be with me by then, and I am Ooooop Norf again at the end of Nov and as I haven't seen most of you in a few months I thought I would arrange a GT and see if any of you want to collect your calendars from me that weekend. It would save on postage costs (meaning an extra £1.20 or so per calendar to go to charity) and would give you all a chance to pick yours up and be the first to get them!
I think the suggestion has been for a walk on Saturday, so can anyone make this date? Time to be decided depending on everyone else's availability, but I imagine a 1pm or 2pm meeting time would be the latest so that we don't run out of daylight.
How does Formby or Freshfields or something sound? Can anyone come?
If not, no biggie, I just thought I'd offer, since I'll be up anyway, to distribute some calendars while I'm there.
Cheers,
Ness
Ooops - sorry - I just realised I should make it clear - I'd love a GT no matter what, so don't think I am only asking people who have ordered a calendar to come - feel free to come if you haven't got a calendar as well! LOL

Hi Ness, we're definitely up for a walk that day and 1 or 2pm suits me as I will still be able to go to training class in the morning. My preference would be Freshfield, me & the boys love it there.
That date is a year to the day that I came on my first GT and met you all and that was the Freshfield walk too. It can be my anniversary walk Seems like I have known you all much longer and my life is definitely more eventful now I have LF friends

I replied to your text earlier, I can't believe it is only a year, I would have sworn it was two, it feels like forever ago yet was it really only last year? but then PMSL wasn't sure if I wrote my text poorly, didn't want you to think that getting to know you has been a chore LOL
Sounds good to me. You'll miss my foster doggie! She leaves me this coming sunday. How about feeding our bellies too?
Ooooh I didn't know you had a visitor, I hope she's enjoyed staying with you & the girls? Have I been an idiot and missed a thread again?
Feeding us... I might opt out of that actually, as I already have plans for dinner on Sat night so don't want to ruin my appetite! How about we bring a thermos of coffee/tea/hot choc or something and have a cuppa back at the carpark? Especially if we're walking at 2pm or something, we won't be back to the cars till 4 or something, and I'll need to get home and shower etc to get ready to go out, so don't think I'd have time.
How about the long walk Freshfield to Ainsdale? It can be cut short for any younger dogs if anybody fancies coming but doesnt want to do the full walk. Meeting would be at the car park at Freshfield Train Station which it think is Victoria Road, Freshfield L37.
I might not be able to make this now. We are planning surgery for Feather on thursday, so I'm unlikely to be able to leave her on saturday, but you never know.
Providing we dont get stuck in Cheshire with the bad weather forecast for the next few days we should be there with Riley - Would be great to see you all .
