My two are fed twice a day plus a Kong full of either Fish4dogs mousse, Naturediet or Arden Grange tinned late in the evening.
What food are you feeding? Some foods will keep them leaner than others.
My two are both very lean but I'm waiting to see if Murphy's shape changes over the next year as alot of my friends dogs seem to have changed shape from the age of 4!

but recently we upped his morning kibble (Origen) as his rib started to show. He gets something like tinned fish and fruit/chicken wings/fish 4 dogs salmon mousse at lunchtime and home cooked or nature diet for dinner. He also has a kong or bonio when I go out
