Just to add to this, customer service from Zippy Beds is fantastic. Maple may have taken out the long zip on the middle cushion of Ushers Zippy Bed.
I sent them an email to ask how much a replacement middle cushion would be and they just asked me to send it back to them with £3 return postage and they would replace the zip! How good is that They also said that they can provide spares/replacements of all the inserts and filling etc.
My zippy bed is a bit squishy round the sides as Usher lounges all over it, but I take out all the fillings, put the outer in the washing machine, put it all back together again and it makes it as good as new.
I have XL, but wish I had gone for large now. My two never sleep in it at the same time together, but they do like to use it to play fight in...
Have just ordered a smaller one to go in Elphie's crate. They are very hardwearing and so far my two have not even tried to chew on it. Bonus considering they have wrecked every other bed I have bought them.
Barney has a blue one that he takes on his holidays I too found the customer service excellent, when I explained that we were going away in just over a week and wanted to take it with us they pulled out all the stops to get it to us in time.
