I have, ahem, 5 for the Cadders Embarassed Just did a count after our morning grooming session and decided I might be mildly obsessive. Laughing

I have;
Big slicker for general grooming
Mini slicker for delicate areas
Rubber slicker for stimulating the skin
Comb for leg fringes and chest
Brush to finish off and give him a nice sheen

And I use all of these most mornings! Lol, and hidden away somewhere I have a Furminator which I don't use.

Please tell me someone else is as crazy as me with grooming their *short-haired* dog Laughing

After reading about Furminator's, I have one on my list of things to buy before Rio comes home. The list grows daily and it's all down to you lovely LF's -- Binkie Kongs, Furminators etc. I'd never even heard of them until I joined here. DH thinks I'm going to bankrupt us but as I keep telling him, only the best will do Razz

I actually don;t want to go look and see how many dog grooming brushes i have.. I know there is at least 3 slickers of various sizes, a comb or 2...ok thats all i'm admitting too. Only thing i don;t hav is the furminator which in pets at home i just could justify the bloody price of it..lol

I've got a box full of grooming kit...Mind you I have got a Poodle, so I have a good excuse Wink Laughing .

About the only thing I use on the Labs is my Furminator and I wouldn't be without that. Very Happy

Ooh i'm good in this department I only have 2. A furminator and a brush, oh I have a shedding blade too does that count though?

I don't use any of them tbh. I've given up with the furminator and Basils coat looks so much better Confused

Like Sarah,I am disciplined here. I have a Furminator which I never use and a brush which I use when the mud has dried.

Lottie doesn't moult anywhere near as much as she used to before her daily Kronch salmon oil. In fact I don't notice much hair at all. Her coat is soft,shiny and looks fantastic.
