... my third Guide Dog pup. This lovely girlie came to me in September 09 and left to go to Forfar training centre this year on 24th August and I still miss her.
Of the three, Tammy gave me the hardest time so it was such a relief when she got through her assessment and went on into training.
She has a long way to go yet so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for her.
Good luck lovely lass - we think of you every day.

Awww what a cutie Tammy was, I hope she does well in her training and goes on to chage someone`s life Smile

Puppy walkers do such a fantastic job for all the organisations that use them, it must be so bittersweet when they go to training and you hear they`ve passed and gone to help someone Smile

I have to say that I think it takes a very special person to rear and train guide dog pups. I certainly couldn't do it, but admire those who do.

Apart from the time and devotion spent on these gorgeous creatures, you then have to part company so that they can go on to be the eyes for somebody who has no sight.

It is a selfless and dedicated thing to do, and I applaud you! x
