Penelope is on Arden Grange Salmon and rice and she is loving it and thriving on it , so I am more than happy with the results of it , as in shiney coat, healthy attitude to life, as in not too bouncy, not too dull etc. Also they DO NOT test on animals, and source from human grade food sources so I feel they satisfy my requirements on a number of levels.

Hi There

Noob Lab Owner picked pup up on Bakers Puppy...... Oh nooooo I hear you say. Prob is cant decide what to get her. Am I right in thinking that the general consensus is that either Wainwrights or Arden is the best way forward? Neither seem to cost the earth but would that be the best I can do for her without going completely mad.

She has had a few issues eating but soaking her Bakers & sprinkling shredded chicken got her eating again so now want to start weening her onto something decent for her 10 week birthday lol

Help appreciated Guys

Hi Jon, I feed mine Naturediet, which is a good quality moist food, but I have fed some Arden Grange in the past and thought it a good dry food. I'd say both the ones you're considering - and most others - will be much better than Bakers Smile

Thanks Angela & Cheryl

I spent a long time looking through nutrition labels and taking into consideration the comments here & think the Arden is prob the way forward. Seems to have one of the best ingredient values & is not too silly price wise buying in bulk.

I'll start mixing it when it arrives next week. My poor girl could be Bakers Free in 2 weeks lol. She is still settling in after only being here a week so I guess I'll do this slowly over 2 weeks just to make sure she keeps eating well.m welcome

Thanks for the warm welcome

Welcome to the forum. Lots of people do seem to like the Argen Grange so good luck with that and changing over slowly is very sensible. I hope she enjoys it. Very Happy
