Thanks Di for the information, I agree with not taking an infected dog to vets mine and my mums labs were in the vets for injections and a few days later both started with kennel cough which I presume they caught at the vets as it was the only place they had been together.

I know I am way behind in seeing this but my best suggestion for Kennel Cough or any type of cough is the Cough Bomb that we make. Most rescues I deal with use it along with the Anxiety Remedy which is excellent for general anxiety and we can make it more elaborate for dogs with sound sensitivity eg: bad weather, fireworks, thunderstorms etc. used correctly and following the work sheets we send out both remedies work.
I don't like to advertise our products anywhere, they sell by word of mouth, but as the funds go to our own charity, and a lot of you have rescue dogs I'm taking the risk. I know of no other treatment that works as well. I don't use any other products and from comments off clients I do know that they don't hold much faith in any of the plug in and spray items your vet sells.
I am sure by now your dog has healed and I am sorry I didn't see this before.
