I've just got the info through for the Animal Cancer Trust annual sponsored walk. The local venue for me is Delamere forest. It is on 2nd October, registration 9-10am. They do a 3-mile circuit of the mere. I've done it with some LFers before, and will be doing it again this year.
Anyone interested in joining me? I shall bring Jazz and Peppa. A coffee, or pub meal would be very good afterwards, too.
I think Dave and I can join you, I didn't see this in the get together section when I looked must be going mad. Will text you nearer the time. I am curious about the 4 tents in the garden? Jen
Hi there, just saw this post and would love to come along with Bella - we havent been to any of the get togethers yet and Delameres not too far for us to go. would it be ok to jump on board?
Kermit, it would be lovely to meet you and Bella. If you are local, you must try out a GT. We are all very friendly with mad dogs, or maybe you'll say we're all mad with very friendly dogs . Look forward to meeting you.
And I've always wanted a lab called Bella, but the children named Jazz, and the others all had their names before they came to me.
Jo, I've been sent mine, but last year I just downloaded it from the Animal Cancer Trust website. If you can't do that for some reason, let me know and I'll photocopy mine and post you one. There's a free dog lead for anyone raising over £5.00.
I wanted to come to this but need to go to a machinery sale that day. I will sponsor Shirley for the walk & hope to get to a GT soon.
