Jules - what kind of 'other' beef bones do you get? What do you ask for at the butchers - non-marrow bones? or non-weight-bearing bones?
I think originally we just asked for "small" Beef or Lamb bones. I couldn't tell you which bits of "cow" the Beef bones come from, as they are all odds and sods......Hang on, I have a photo somewhere, because someone else asked me this a while ago.....
There you go. That's what the butcher tends to give us eack week and I haven't a clue what you'd call them .
