Just give MMG a ring. They are lovely people (quite local to me) and they will sort things out for you I am sure.
Dare I say it may just be that you have not quite fitted it correctly .
And that's easy for me to say because I just pop round and get them to fit it for me .

Right, spoke today to Mick (hope I am spelling it correctly). It sounds like their templates are (were) based on the model of my car with the seats positioned most forward (not what I wanted). They only had one order before (I have Lexus RX400h)... obviously not a popular choice for Labrador owners. Anyway, no questions asked, they are waiting for me to disassemble the cage, package it and they will arrange a courier to pick it up. MMG will redo the cage and send it back to me asap.
What can I say... only that MMG are providing a FANTASTIC customer service!!!!
