At the Scarborough GT Fiona & Shirley gave Kelly a "30 minute makeover" with a furminator. I couldn't believe how much fur it removed & the great improvement in the condition of her coat.
Can anyone tell me which size of furminator they use (I've seen 4 & 5" sizes available) & what price I should expect to pay (seems to be upwards of £5 on fleabay)
Any advice greatly appreciated.

We bought a large one from ebay. It was about £12 including p&p. I too was shocked at the amount of hair that came off diesel the first time i used it.

Think I've got medium for Luna. It is a great tool!

I've never got as much hair off Luna as that first time; however, I think I could groom Luna all day and still keep removing fur! She especially enjoys being furminated on hot days, I swear she gets smaller!

I have a large for Rolo, it was £5 off fleabay, id reccommend them to anyone, the same in the pet shop is £30!!!

I 'do' Max twice a week with the medium one and he appreciates the de-fuzzing as he stops 'nitting' once its done.

Nearly all undercoat that comes out so a good job in my eyes

Mine is a medium from Ebay too, cost about £7 inc. postage. There was a risk of getting a fake one from Ebay at one time but I think the genuine ones have come down in price and they all appear to be the real thing now.
