Bob - is there any chance of making the weekend the first one in June? I know that Sarah would love to come and was disappointed to miss out this year but that is the only weekend she would be able to come due to work commitments..... Obviously if people can;t make that weekend - she will understand but if people can make both..... pretty please???? Eve Neo and Bramble

Nothing is decided yet. I don't need a definite date until next year anyway. I just needed to know if the Scarborough GT was going to be a regular event. I'm planning some changes to the fields and if we are to have a regular GT then I will plan for that in the changes. The date of the GT doesn't matter to me.

I sympathize but surely it should go on the poll results to be fair to everyone?? Suppose the date chosen means others can't come?? But I suppose anyone could say yes to a date now and then change their minds so I suppose it is early days.

Yes I am sorry Sarah - my post was well-intentioned but seems to ahve caused a bit of a furore... All i really meant was that if people had more than one weekend they were available for - could we choose that weekend? There is no furore. I won't choose a definite date until the end of the year anyway. I will bump this thread every so often, at least I will have an idea of the numbers, though some will drop out later.
