For all you Folks around Derby, Leicester, Staffordshire, Notts, Warks, Nhants and so on.

Im thinking of having a meet on 25th September now Rolo is on his feet.

Any suggestions for a location?

Luna's favourite haunts at the moment are Melton Mowbray Country Park (http://www.melton.gov.uk/leisure_and_culture/parks_and_open_spaces/melton_country_park.aspx) for some unofficial swimming and official off lead hoolies and Outwoods (http://www.charnwood.gov.uk/pages/outwoodsinformation) just south of Loughborough. Good for a hot day as all in the shelter of trees!

Always happy to visit somewhere new though within the range of about an hour!

Have pencilled the date in my diary!

Milo enjoyed Melton Park and Clumber Park. Can't think of anywhere else that is suitable but i shall get my thinking cap on! Smile

I think i'll be working that weekend Sad I usually work Fri - Sun, so unless I happen to have a weekend off it's hard to get to most of the GTs in this area. I'll check the rota when i'm in on Friday, and if there's any chance of me coming then i'll let you know Wink

I can't make it now! My DD plays hockey and they've just been promoted and their first game is on this day!! I'm an avid supporter and can't miss a game!(sad I know!lol) so I'm going to have a rain check on this meet!Very sorry!!

Sorry, i'm not off that weekend Sad

Just found out that my last weekend-day off before Christmas is 19th September so i'm thinking about trying to organise a mini-meet that day, but realise that it's close to others local meets - 4th and 25th september so would understand if people aren't interested!

We're on holiday from 4th - 18th September and then I have 19th off to recover and unpack (and hopefully see some labbies)... then i'm back at work every weekend till christmas *sniffle*
