A lab that doesn't like the bath, Connie said she's never heard such nonsense!!! lol

Connie loves the bath, she loves bubbles, getting shampooed, and drinking the soapy water.

She's a typical rolly-in-a-smell Lab, but a total girl when it comes to bathing! She thinks boys like to be smelly!! lol

Eugh !! The poo rolling is just gross isn't it. Esp. bad when its all over their collar and when you call them back to put them on the lead you have to take hold of said poo covered collar and then have the offending stuff all over your hands Rolling Eyes

We're lucky as we have an outside tap so if..I mean when.. Ruby rolls she can have a wash down outside. Last time I realised we'd run out of doggy shampoo so she had a Tresemme wash - 'because she's worth it'....oh no wrong advert, but you get the gist Wink

PS Did you know that tomato sauce (or tinned) is very good at getting rid of the smell. esp. useful for the fox poo variety.

Hee hee hee - you could have just described Baxter's bath!!! He came home after the Essex GT stinking of lake and we decided it just had to be doNe.
Exactly the same! Flat dog at every opportunity, but luckily we had both of us handy to peel him off various surfaces! He leapt out of the bath twice before we got him in and got the shower going gently, shook for a bit, then just sat there looking resigned, drowned and miserable. Then OH lifted him back out and I dived on him with a beach towel and just covered him in it so when he shook it was inside the towel!

He hasn't shown much interest in going up the stairs since....funny that!

I remember Majic's first bath she was such a wimp Laughing

My walls got decorated too.

Hopefully Lionel will grow to like water we had to encourage Majic into the water on her lead now she is in every time she is off lead, lovely and smelly. Very Happy
