Hi, I used to have my horse insured with them back in the early 90's, they disputed a claim for ages and (thankfully)! ended up paying up but cancelled my insurance because of it. Have had to mention this every time I've insured anything (car/motor/lab etc, list goes on...) ever since Evil or Very Mad
