Erm, no I don't think you did, but it's not your fault they're providing a rubbish service.

I've not received my latest order which was apparently sent first class ages ago. I know the last order was sent out a week later than advised, but even if that had happened again I would still have expected to have had it by now - and wondered why they tell you it's been despatched when it hasn't Confused

I paid by PayPal so have opened a PayPal dispute. I have had no reply to an email sent 2 days ago (not surprising really when I didn't get a reply to the one I sent weeks ago I guess) and have had no response to the PayPal dispute yet either.

I would really NOT recommend ordering from this company, shocking service and total lack of response to attempts to contact them. Wish this thread had started before I placed this order.

I ordered them and it took 2 weeks, but with one reminder email (which did get a reply) it arrived. I think that was around new year time though. I was dubious of the authenticity of the product when it arrived and this thread has raised those doubts for me again. I'm not sure I would use them again.

Sorry Angela, just looked at my PMs and it was Basil I warned about the slow service Rolling Eyes

Guess what? The missing product from my February(!) order turned up yesterday Shocked

posted after I sent my 'I give up' email.

Makes no difference though, I'm still not going to use them again.

I still haven't received the order I posted about earlier, which was supposedly posted on 6 April. After I opened a PayPal dispute a replacement was apparently posted out on 16 April to arrive with me early the following week. Still haven't received either order. If I had wanted to give some of my money away I'd have sent it to a charity

Never received my order, so have had a refund from PayPal. Annoying that I didn't get the products I ordered a month ago, but thankfully I haven't lost any money.
