i think they are good but i have had issues with them. But from what i gather the problems have been looked at by dublin and sorted Smile
they are great for when the boys are swimming lots or in the sea - in places where they have to wear collars like parks or busy beaches. But i use slip leads so the stretch thing isn't an issue.

We've had them for 2 years now, worn every day monday to friday. There is some wear at the metal parts but the collars themselves are just fab still! We never attach a lead to them so we haven't had the stretching problem, but they have been rolled in mercilessly by Hudson the poo roller! They have also been repeatedly exposed to the frozen north sea and more snow than we have had for 20 years!!! Wink

Infact... i just noticed, they are both wearing them in the signature pics!

I agree with Fee. They wash and wear really well. I put mine in the washing machine once a week too for a proper clean..... but it's just 'cause I'm a bit OCD that way and I figure I might as well lob them in when I'm doing the dog towels and vet bed.

I must admit though, I just don't like the look of the collars very much. I can't really put my finger quite on what it is I don't like about them though. I think they just seem quite chunky and plasticy (which of course they have to be or it defeats the purpose!) I've never managed to find a waterproof collar that I like better though.

I just take her collar off when she's swimming as I dont want her to get caught on anything so it doesnt get wet and doesnt smell Smile

I LOVE Dublins, they are fab. Just give it a wash in warm soapy water after a walk and its as good as new Very Happy I use a slip lead so cant comment on the stretchyness of them.

poppy's dublin dog collar is my best dog related purchase ever! it looks funky and is so easy to clean. poppy does at times pull and we've had no problems at all with stretching.
