Found Sunday am 10.30 21st March near Dame Alice Harpur School, Bedford Embankment. Black female Labrador/poss Cross, wearing Black Collar , no tag.

thanks all- i am one of the doglost co-ordinators for Bedfordshire and thought it best to post here as well. I Have been in contact with finder and they have sent me a photo which i have added to doglost page - i am going over now to check for a microchip. Fingers crossed- some one somewhere must be going out of their mind. she doesnt look like she has been lost for long, is well fed and seems happy enough on finders sofa for the time being. will update you when i get back.

No microchip but well done to Bedfordshire Police for keeping tabs on the lost and founds and getting in touch with finders with the telephone number of the parents of owners. Rizzla was up on a day trip from Bournemouth with her owners visiting family and decided she wanted to see a little more of Bedford! She was extremely happy with finders when i got there- happily sharing chews and toys with owners beautiful golden retriever.Owners had to return home but the lovely Rizzla will be staying for an extended holiday with owners mum until they can get back for her next weekend. Stay safe Rizzla- no more adventures please xxx
