Have finally found a website that supplies half check collars and leads in lots of different colours, rather than the standard black, red or blue. I really do prefer my lads to wear half checks when we are out and about - there is no risk of collars snapping open or stretching and they won't come off over your dog's head when attached to a lead.

we are so nearly there with the pulling, but we do have a rather stretched Dublin collar!

I use half check collars but the boring black ones from PAH. I'd love to know wear you got them.

Have just edited my post to include the website A half check collar can certainly be very useful when used correctly.
