Hi all,
I’m thinking of a camping trip in Wales, possibly over the second May Bank Holiday (Fri 28 May to Mon 31 May).
The site I am thinking of is a brilliant little spot which gets rave reviews on UKCS. It’s near Cardigan Bay, and my Welsh colleague tells me that is a beautiful area with loads of great coastal walks for the dogs. He said there’s great beaches there as well, but couldn’t tell me how many are dog-friendly. Just said that it is a very quiet secluded corner of Wales and if we want a relaxing weekend then it will be perfect.
Costs (for a tent) are £5 per adult per night, £3 per child, 50p per pet, and £2.50 for EHU.
(So for me, 1 adult, 2 dogs, and EHU would be £8.50 per night)
So, is anyone up for this, and does the date suit others? (It’s just that we’re getting low on annual leave so want to utilise “free” days off instead of booking them!)
If I get enough interest I will call the site and enquire about availability.
Cheers!
Ness

Ooo Ness, how tempting. We are having our first camping trip with the dogs the first week in May. I am going to ask ian (wouldn't cope on my own) can we join you in Wales.

I may be up for this but we wouldn't camp, we'd have to find a cottage or something as camping with a few dogs and a baby doesn't really appeal!
