I am absolutely fuming! I bought one of these https://www.dublindog.com/Dublin-Dog-Store/product_info.php?cPath=&products_id=299 about five months ago, it lasted six weeks before I noticed that it had broken and the information bit had disappeared. Scroll on to the beginning of December and I decided to get Dyl one of the limited snowflake collars and as the tags are discounted with a collar replaced the broken one as well. I noticed this morning that the new tag had disappeared - the whole thing this time - Arghhhhhhhhhhhh. I am SO disappointed as the tags were lovely Sad

If anyone can recommend a tag that is as nice but that won't break or come off the collar please post your recommendations here as we are in need.

Contact Dublin - they are pretty good at customer service if things are broken.

I've stuck with the red dingo tags on the Dublin collars. You can get colours that aproximately match.

I would contact Dublin, we had a problem with one of our collars and dublin sent us a replacement within days and they were very helpful

Agree, Red Dingo tags all the way here.

But do contact Dublin Dogs as afew people on here have had problems with the collars and have been very happy with Dublins customer service. I'm sure they will send you replacements.

We've not heard of problems with the Dublin Dog Tags, but definitely contact them directly, they're always keen to right any problems.

We've always used Red Dingo tags for the boys, don't think they can be beaten really! They have lots of new designs now too.

Thanks all, I will e-mail Dublin though to be honest I'm not that bothered about getting replacement tags as having lost two so quickly I think that any replacement will go the way of the others in short order. Maybe Dyl just doesn't like them Rolling Eyes.

Off to have a look at the Red Dingo ones, as Dyls old Red Dingo survived from puppyhood.

Just thought I'd update this thread to say that I've had a reply from Dublin and they have been brilliant.

Apparently the tags now have a stronger clasp. They're going to send me a new tag and enclose some traditional ring attachments as well!

Big fat thumbs up to them Very Happy.

I have to say its great that they have such a good policy but what would be better is if they didnt need to,
Ive seen so many postings now about how good they are with dealing with faults its enough to put me buying any of there products in the first place, Evil or Very Mad
